Sessions are curated to each individual & will be customized to meet your specific needs.

Somatic Breathwork Group.

I would love to facilitate your private group experience. Somatic Breathwork Groups provide the opportunity for inner reflection, healing & regulation in addition to the beauty & power of that comes from being in community. This customized one & a half hour experience will lead you through opportunities to clear out stress & negative emotion as well as to invite in creativity, clarity & connection.
